My first attempt at chocolate souffle met with rave reviews! I also made homemade peach frozen yogurt to contrast the rich chocolate.

Battling the Heat to Save Our Garden
Death Valley aka HotLanta, is taking it's toll on my precious vegetable/herb garden. Here are some updated photos of my little plants and my "thinking outside the box" efforts to combat triple digit temps this August.
